Terms of Service

By accessing or using nametale.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

NameTale is a brand and curated domain catalogue operated by ValueSupply Technologies Inc., an Ontario corporation ("ValueSupply," "we," "us," or "our"). NameTale is not a separate legal entity. NameTale is not a registered operating name. ValueSupply owns the domains listed on the Site and is their seller. ValueSupply receives the proceeds from completed domain sales.

The Site allows you to:

• Browse a curated catalogue of domain names
• View current availability and a listed price or price-on-request status
• Submit a purchase request, pricing question, message, or alternative offer

The Site is informational and inquiry-only. It does not provide an on-site checkout, reserve domains, or complete domain sales.

A submission through the Site is a non-binding expression of interest. It does not reserve a domain or create a purchase agreement, and either party may stop the discussion before accepting a partner transaction.

After availability and terms are confirmed, we usually provide a fresh Afternic Custom Checkout Link. We may instead create a transaction-specific Escrow.com invitation when an inspection period or different terms are appropriate. A binding transaction begins only under the selected partner's accepted terms.

A listed price is the current amount in United States Dollars (USD) at which a buyer may request to proceed, subject to availability and confirmation. It is not an on-site checkout, reservation, or guarantee of sale.

A listed price may change before a partner transaction is accepted. The price and terms confirmed through Afternic or Escrow.com govern the completed sale.

Alternative offers may be accepted, declined, or countered. Domains marked "Price on request" do not have a public listed price. Availability may change until the partner transaction is completed.

We do not process payments, hold funds, or provide escrow. Afternic or Escrow.com controls its identity and fraud checks, funding requirements, transfer instructions, transaction status, and settlement.

The selected partner's terms accepted by the parties govern the live transaction, including verification, fees, taxes, payment, transfer, timing, settlement, disputes, cancellation and refund rules, and release of sale proceeds to ValueSupply, as applicable. Review those live terms before accepting or funding a transaction.

Afternic may use Fast Transfer or Transaction Assurance. An Escrow.com transaction may use an inter-registrar transfer or an account push at the existing registrar, as agreed by the parties and permitted by the partner and registrar.

Registration age, a prior transfer, or some registrant changes can create a 60-day inter-registrar transfer lock. Identity checks, funding, registrar response, transfer method, and any inspection period also affect timing. We do not promise a fixed completion date; the live partner transaction is authoritative.

For a completed sale, ValueSupply pays the Afternic or Escrow.com transaction fee from the sale proceeds. These partner fees are not added to the confirmed domain price. If a different price is agreed or tax must be collected, the selected partner displays the final total before payment.

Until live partner terms are accepted by the parties, an inquiry remains non-binding. Once accepted, those terms govern all cancellation and refund rights and obligations. The Site offers no separate cancellation or refund promise.

A completed purchase transfers control of the domain registration described in the partner transaction. It does not grant trademark, service-mark, business-name, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights.

Buyers are responsible for independent clearance in every relevant jurisdiction and for their intended use, and should obtain qualified legal advice where appropriate. We do not represent that a listed domain is available or suitable for any particular trademark, business name, or use.

The NameTale site design and original editorial content are owned by ValueSupply. You may not reproduce or distribute that content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading inquiry information
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract catalogue data
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law
• Submit offers without genuine purchase intent

We may decline inquiries or restrict access where appropriate.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Catalogue information will always be complete, accurate, or current
• A domain will remain available
• A third-party transaction or transfer will complete successfully

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueSupply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.

We do not control and are not responsible for a partner's service availability, verification decisions, transfer processing, dispute decisions, or performance under its terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Site links to external services and official guidance. Those services control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. A link does not make NameTale responsible for the external service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with an updated revision date. The Terms accepted in a live Afternic or Escrow.com transaction remain governed by that partner transaction.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
